Mr. Finkelstein is a graduate of Harvard Law School, where he was an editor of the Harvard Law Review.  He received his B.A. from the City College of the City University of New York.

Admitted to practice in the State of New York, the United States Supreme Court, the United States Courts of Appeals for the Second, Third and Tenth Circuits, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of Colorado. Also has been admitted pro hac vice to represent clients in individual litigation matters in state and federal courts throughout the United States.

Mr. Finkelstein holds an AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review Rating by Martindale-Hubbell®, the highest possible rating awarded by the oldest and largest peer rating agency in the United States.  He has also been named to New York Super Lawyers as having attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement in the practice area of Entertainment and Sports Law.

Prior to forming his current firm, Mr. Finkelstein was a partner in the firm of Harnik & Finkelstein LLP, and prior thereto he was a senior partner in the firm of Blank Rome LLP in New York.
